Life Transitions
Life transitions can bring emotional and psychological challenges. Whether you're questioning your sexuality, identifying your gender identity, moving to a new city, experiencing relationship changes, immigrating, or going through a career shift, I am here to support you. I will help you develop self-care strategies and stress management techniques so you can face these changes with clarity and confidence.
Relationship Issues
Relationships play a key role in our emotional well-being. If you're experiencing difficulties in your romantic relationship, facing moments of doubt, or exploring aspects of your sexuality or gender identity, I offer a safe space to work through your emotions, gain clarity, and improve communication in your relationships.
ADHD
Living with ADHD can present unique challenges in concentration, impulsivity, and regulating emotions. We focus on cultivating self-compassion, assertiveness, and confidence while providing strategies to navigate interpersonal relationships, school, and work.
Depression
If you're feeling overwhelmed by sadness, low motivation, or irritability, or if you've noticed changes in your sleep and appetite, you're not alone. Together, we can identify the roots of these feelings, promoting emotional well-being and helping you regain a sense of hope and purpose in your life.
Anxiety
Anxiety can manifest in many forms, from constant worry to panic attacks. My goal is to help you understand your anxieties, develop coping strategies to manage them, and provide a safe space where you can regain control of your emotions, allowing you to live with greater peace of mind.
